F40 Terms & Conditions — Malaysia Betting Platform Usage Terms
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the f40 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to comply with all provisions stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the f40 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with the Privacy Policy and any other relevant policies.
Use of the f40 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Not be located in a region or country where online betting is absolutely prohibited under local law.
- Register using true, accurate, and complete personal information.
- Not represent any business entity without written authorisation from f40.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. f40 reserves the right to refuse or terminate access for any user who fails to meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Verification
Each user is only permitted to have one account active at any one time. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balance.
Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed or when suspicious activity is detected. Users may be asked to provide valid identification documents upon request by the f40 team.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. f40 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team immediately. f40 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
General User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities carried out through their account are lawful and comply with applicable regulations. The following uses of the f40 platform are strictly prohibited:
- Fraud, hacking, or any form of illegal activity
- Transferring illegally obtained funds (money laundering)
- Abuse of promotions or bonuses through unauthorised methods
- Harass, threaten, or cause harm to other users or the platform's systems
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy in MYR
All financial transactions on the f40 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered payment details are accurate and belong to them.
All deposits must be made through payment methods approved by f40. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change. f40 reserves the right to decline any deposit suspected to originate from an unauthorised or illegitimate source.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified in the user's name. If there is an active bonus with an outstanding rollover requirement, withdrawal requests will not be processed until that requirement has been met.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to varying rollover requirements and validity periods. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure. Specific terms for each promotion are displayed in the promotions section of the platform.
F40 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of platform terms. In such cases, the user will be contacted for further verification before any action is taken.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Suspension & Closure Policy
F40 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a threat to the security of the platform.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the outcome of f40's internal investigation. Users who disagree with the decision may submit an appeal through the official support channels.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned once the verification process is complete.
F40 Liability Limits
F40 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, system downtime, or odds changes prior to bet confirmation. f40's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
- Violation of platform terms of use
- Evidence or indication of identity fraud
- Systematic abuse of the bonus system
- Suspicious activity related to money laundering
- Providing false information during registration
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the f40 platform — including logos, designs, text, software, and graphic materials — is the exclusive property of f40 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any of this content without explicit written permission from f40.
The f40 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites for informational purposes only. f40 has no control over the content or privacy policies of those websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of such third-party sites.
F40 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by applicable law, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with procedures established by f40.
